Enrolment Information

Thank you for your enrolment interest at St Catherine of Siena Primary School. As we get to know your family throughout the enrolment process, we hope to gain an insight into what you know and believe about Catholic education and how your children best learn at school. Choosing the right school for your children’s education is a big decision! 

 

Application Process

St Catherine of Siena Catholic is a school which operates with the consent of the Catholic Archbishop of Melbourne and is owned, operated and governed by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS). MACS schools are required to follow the order of enrolment outlined in the Enrolment Policy. St Catherine of Siena is a zoned Primary School. Our catchment area can be viewed by clicking here. The main year of intake is for Prep, however, enrolment applications are available for all year levels where vacancies exist. 

 

Documentation Required when Submitting an Application

When submitting an application the following documents are required.

2026 Enrolment

Enrolment applications for students for 2026 can be submitted online at any time and will be processed as they are received.

2027 Prep Enrolment

Children must turn 5 years of age by the 30th of April in the year they are commencing school. To be considered for enrolment, please ensure your complete application is submitted online by Friday, 5th June 2026. Enrolment interviews are scheduled once your full application is received. While we prioritise applications received by the due date, late submissions may be considered if vacancies remain. All families will receive notification of the outcome by email. Successful applicants must sign the enrolment acceptance and enrolment agreement forms to secure their place.

Transition & Information Sessions for Children enrolled in Prep at St Catherine of Siena for 2027

Sessions will run throughout Term 4, 2026. Times and dates to be confirmed.

Attendance at the transition sessions is essential in helping your child have a smooth and positive transition to school.
